Food Chemistry Engineer with almost 20 years of experience in the field of aquaculture in the food industry. I started working as a food safety consultant for 5 years, which was an ideal starting point in terms of gaining experience that introduced me to a wide range of industries including hotels, retailers and food processing industries.
I then entered the aquaculture industry as an environmental manager and quality assurance specialist and moved on to meet the ever increasing demands and requirements of the rapidly growing aquaculture sector. The Quality Assurance Team works with all sectors of the aquaculture industry to achieve compliance, sustainable development, quality farming and an expanded certification scheme.
