With a Master degree in Applied fish Biology from Plymouth and an MBA from Aberdeen University, Chris’s academic background combines aquatic life science with business management. Over 30 years in aquaculture has seen Chris work in the public sector as part of the team regulating fish disease in Scotland, before moving to Industry where he worked in salmon breeding and juvenile production for over 10 years. Following that he worked for a large producer and developer of fish vaccines and therapeutants. Chris is currently working with WellFish Tech introducing blood biochemistry into aquatic animal health to help fish farmers learn more about the health of their stock as an extra tool in stock management decision making.
