Lars Martin Sandvik Aas is the General Manager and founder of Submerged AS. Submerged have been part of the AKVA Group since September 2023.
Lars holds a PhD in physics, specializing in optical measurement systems and material physics. Since 2014 he has been working on the development of underwater camera systems, algorithms, and artificial intelligence for real time analysing properties of fish.
The results of his work AKVA submerged – MedEye Sensor is the revolutionary Biomass Estimator which he will present at the Athens Conference. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Stavanger, Norway.
