Theodoros Mavrommatis

Theodoros Nik. Mavrommatis was born in 1958, in Athens. He graduated in 1981 from the Anastasiadis Higher School of Electronics, as an electronic engineer, specializing in the automation of machines and production lines. He attended electronics seminars in Germany and England in industrial automation and central control via PC, SCADA. In 1998, he founded the company THEMA AUTOMATION, with clients in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, construction, etc.

He has been in contact with fish farming since 1995, when in collaboration with a large company manufacturing grading machines for packaging plants, he installed dozens of them. During these years (the crisis of 2010 also intervened) he realized the gap that exists with imported machines in the after sales service, and proceeded in 2010 to build an integrated grading line with a group of specialized engineers and with the cooperation of the stainless steel construction company Malidakis Bros Co.

Since then, THEEMA AUTOMATION has installed dozens of integrated lines in Greece and abroad with integrated OptiBatch management software.
