Dimitra Antypa, an Architect based in Athens, has been actively contributing to the field of architectural design since 2018. She holds a Master of Architecture from Technical University of Crete and a post graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the National Technical University of Athens. Proficient in securing building permits for a wide spectrum of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and public spaces, she ensures regulatory compliance and innovative design. In addition to her design skills, Dimitra brings valuable managerial skills to the forefront, adeptly leading and coordinating teams.
Previously, before joining AMBIO SA, Dimitra operated independently as an architect, overseeing the design, building permits, and supervision of residential and commercial projects while providing interior design services. Her collaboration with Ambio S.A. has started in 2021 as a Project Architect and currently her position is Head of Technical Department.
As a Project Architect from January 2021 to August 2023, she managed projects from inception through the as built stage, the preparation of technoeconomic offers and client contracts, demonstrating strong client communication skills. As the Head of the Technical Department at AMBIO SA since July 2023, Dimitra oversees holistic project management from concept development to technical coordination, specializing in engineering, architectural design, and building permitting, environmental and operating licensing for industrial, educational, and public projects.
