Ioanna Arsenopoulou

Ioanna Arsenopoulou is a medical doctor, a graduate of the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed her residency at the National Health Service in the United Kingdom and holds two postgraduate degrees (MSc): one in Health Services Management, Health Promotion, and Public Health, and another in Nutritional Medicine.

 

Currently residing and practicing in Athens, Greece, she specializes in Nutritional Medicine, Medical Prevention, and Healthy Longevity (commonly referred to as anti-aging) through the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Ioanna is actively engaged in advocating for public health and patients’ rights within the Health Sector of the Greek Ombudsman. She holds memberships in various medical associations in Greece, including the Athens Medical Association, and is affiliated with the Royal Society of Medicine in the UK. Ioanna serves pro bono as a Scientific Advisor to the Hellenic Heart Foundation, offering expertise on nutrition and prevention strategies. Additionally, she has contributed to postgraduate teaching at the University of Crete and the University of Peloponnese and frequently participates as a guest speaker at scientific conferences, focusing on topics within her areas of expertise.
